The short version
- We never ask for your name, email, address or payment details. There is no account to create and nothing to buy.
- There is no advertising on iplay.free, and no advertising or analytics company receives anything about you from the games.
- Your game progress is saved in your own browser. It never reaches our servers.
- We count how many times each game is played and liked, and which countries plays come from. Those are counts, not people.
- You can erase everything we hold about your browser with one button, further down this page.
Who we are

What we never collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers, payment details, photographs, voice recordings, contacts, precise location, or anything you type. There is no sign-up, no login, no chat, no comments, and no way to upload anything to us. Nothing a player writes inside a game is ever saved anywhere — the one game with a text box, Flag Guess, keeps only whether your answer was right.
What is stored in your browser
These stay on your device. We cannot read them, and clearing your browser data for this site removes them all.

What we count on our servers
When a game starts, and when you tap a heart, your browser sends us the game’s name, that random id, your country as a two-letter code, and the single word “new” or “returning”. From that we keep running totals: plays per game, likes per game, plays per country, and per month. You can see the totals yourself on our stats page.
We want to be precise about the random id rather than wave it away. Your browser generates it — it is not derived from your device, and it cannot follow you to any other website. But it is stored alongside the games you liked, so in principle our database could show that one unnamed browser liked a particular set of games. It is tied to no name, no email and no account, and you can erase it below.
Your IP address
Like every website, our servers see your IP address when your browser connects. We never store it. It is converted immediately into a short scrambled value used only to stop one machine flooding the counters, and that value is discarded within two hours. Your country is derived from the IP by our hosting provider and kept only as a country total — never anything narrower than the country itself.
Companies that help us run the site
Two, and no others. Vercel hosts iplay.free and provides its privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor measurement. Upstashprovides the database holding the counts. Both act only on our instructions. Nothing is sold, shared for advertising, or handed to data brokers — not now, and there is nothing here that would be worth selling.
Until September 2026 this site also used Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, and the games loaded their fonts from Google. All three were removed, and the fonts are now served from our own servers, so no third-party company receives anything about you when you play.
Where the data lives
On servers in the United States — Northern Virginia. If you are in the UK, the EU or elsewhere, the counts described above are transferred there. They contain no personal details, so there is nothing in them that identifies you wherever they are stored.
Children
iplay.free is built to be safe for children, and schools use it. There are no accounts, no chat, no messaging, no user-generated content, no advertising and no purchases, so there is no way for a child to reveal anything about themselves to us or to anyone else through this site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not build profiles of anyone, including children.
Parents and teachers: if you believe a child has somehow provided personal information to us, write to team@constagility.com and we will delete it.
Two things a game can do at your request
One game, Slide Quest, lets you turn a photo into a puzzle. The picture is read by your browser and never uploaded — it exists only in memory and is gone when you reload. A few games offer a share button that hands your result to your phone’s own share menu. Both only happen when you choose them, and neither sends anything to us.
Erasing your data
The button below erases the saved games, the likes, the random id and the month markers described above, and takes this browser out of the like counts it is part of. Because it deletes your progress and best scores, it asks you to confirm first. Your light-or-dark preference is deliberately left alone — it says nothing about you, and resetting how the site looks would be a strange thing to do to someone asking for privacy.
You can also just clear this site’s data in your browser settings, or write to us and we will help. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the handling of your information; because we hold nothing that identifies you, the honest answer to most such requests is that there is nothing to look up — but ask us and we will explain what applies to you.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
